Do I have to be gay to enter the contest? No, you do not have to be gay but the film have to be gay themed.
Do I have to live in New York To enter? No, this is an international film competition. Artist as far as South Africa to Canada and any other continent or country can enter.
Do I have to be a person of African Decent to enter? No, but the lead Filmmaker, Poet and Actor have to be. This competitions is to provide more opportunities for people of African Decent filmmakers and Erotica Poet/Writers. Currently, people of African Decent have the highest rate of HIV/AIDS. Our Aim is to raise awareness with-in the African Decent Communities on HIV/AIDS prevention and Safer Sex.
What if I don’t know a filmmaker or Poet? Just|BE created a forum for artist who is in need of a filmmaker and a filmmaker in need of a poet. Join the Forum and post your Call for filmmakers.
Can I pay my registration online? Yes, Click on registration and pay $50 online until August 5th.
